Job Description

Overseeas all company accounting practices, inlcuding accounting departments, prepare budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions.

Preparation of Financial Reports, Financial Forecast and Budgetary Reviews, contribute  to management decision making by providing financial information and advice.

Manage and supervise finance personnels, oversee the computerized accounting system.

Liaise with the Company Secretary, auditor, Tax Agent, Banker and Government body as and when reuired.
