• To provide customer with accurate information based on their needs.
• To attend to incoming and outgoing telephone calls.

 

Job Requirement

• Chinese female
• Minimum SPM qualification
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field or in a clinic
• Friendly, polite, pleasant personality and with good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skill
• Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin well
