Job Description
- Manage the office reception and receives visitors.
- Attend to customer's enquiries professionally.
- Attend to all calls, takes down messages and ensured that they are passed on promptly to the concerned person.
- Manage all mail/couriers and pouches.
- Provides administrative support and documentation filing.
Job Requirement
- Minimum a SPM/STPM/Certificates holder or equivalent.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Possess pleasant personality and excellent telephone etiquette.
- Experience as a receptionist/administration assistant will be an added advantage.
- Those with good customer service etiquette are encouraged to apply.
- Preferable for those who can start work immediately.
