Job Description

• Produce and execute A&P activities for all outlets according to plan and strategies while meeting deadlines.
• Assist in preparation of advertising and promotion material and marketing collateral to increase sales and create brand awareness.
• Assist in formulating, implementation and constant improvement on digital marketing strategies.
• Responsible for CRM and social media relations and communication including upkeep of website and online social network materials with latest updates and relevant content.
• Manage in-house membership card programs.
• Attentive to details – inspect layouts, advertising copy and other promotional materials by adhering to specifications.
• Participate in events, road show, marketing and PR activities by working with various departments and provide necessary support to effectively achieve goals and targets.
• Liaise with agencies, suppliers and other business partners to ensure objectives are achieved.

Job Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Advertising & Communications in retail business.
• Must be able to write and review marketing materials, press releases and site content.
• Preferably with experience running CRM program and premiums sourcing.
• Required language(s): Fluent in English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, multiple dialects
• Confident and comfortable liaising with agencies and negotiating with suppliers.
• Able to work as a team and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Have own transport and willing to travel.
