Job Description

• To lead R&D department in developing formulation for marketing/product development department on personal care products for regional/local customer and own brand.
• Assist and responsible for technical support on customer related request.
• Responsible for technical and related technical documentation.
• Deliver activation and cost effectiveness of every product development project.
• Give input and approve the specifications and communication material for new innovation in order to support the marketing team.
• Give technical/functional support to new launch/re-launches.
• Advise marketing to accept limitations in the product design resulting from legal/technical constraints.
• To ensure routine and inspection for incoming, work-in process and finished products sample as per sampling plan and according to Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) and work instruction given.
• To trouble-shoot complaint, analytical issues and non-conformances.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a degree holder in Chemistry, Biology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel and MS Word
• Required skill(s): English, Chinese and Bahasa Melayu.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Applications must be willing to work in Puchong.
• Preferably Chinese Female candidate.
• Good interpersonal with strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
