Job Description

Oversee and guide a team of sales executives in order to develop new business opportunities throughout Malaysia. Initiate sales plan and strategy to drive continuous improvement in sales and actively promote company’s products and image to broaden the market coverage. Provide training to a team of sales executives to develop their skills in sales and marketing to achieve the given target. Monitor and ensure that all administrative tasks assigned to the sales coordinators are completed in a timely manner, in order to ensure smooth operation of the entire Sales Department.

Job Requirement

Diploma or degree holder in Sales, Marketing, or the relevant field. At least 10 years of experience in sales. Must have prior experience in managing a team of employees. Aged between 35 and 40. Must be target-oriented and willing to travel frequently. Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to communicate with people from all levels and background. Good command of the Chinese, English, and Malay languages, both written and spoken. Ability to converse in other languages or dialects would be an added advantage. Willing to work long hours whenever required. Pleasant looking and presentable. Salary and commission scheme will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
