Job Description

• Responsible to the assigned Project's Profit & Lost management.
• Maintain Financial and Cost Control over Projects undertaken.
• Budgetary control, Forecasting Simulation and other ad-hoc Financial Analysis.
• Overseeing Project procurement management and Inventory control.
• Prepare project reports on commitments, value of work done, variances etc.
• Improve Internal Controls, Responsibility and Accountability management.
• Liaise and coordinate with finance teams on accounting related matters.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors and consultants.
• Drive changes, lean management and efficiency improvements.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must posses Strong Execution skills with solid company wide operational experiences.
• Candidate with exposures to Lean Management or Manufacturing experience is encourage to apply.
• Candidate must be able to lead by example, promote talents and performers, remove non-performers to constantly improve overall team quality and performance.
• High level of integrity drives and result oriented. Ability to work under extreme pressure and deadlines.
• Preferably Managers who obtained CIMA or ACCA certifications.
