Job Description

• Optimal negotiation with supplier on prices, payment terms and delivery terms to achieve the company objective.
• Competency communication skill to resolve defective products and equipments supply by suppliers.
• Resourceful in sourcing of materials, equipments and services for the company existing requirement, growth and expansion.
• Identify effectiveness and efficiency for in-bound and out-bound logistic on materials and equipments within the company operation level.
• Prepare supplier evaluation for selection priority and generate purchase order with required quotation based on company SOP.
• Preparation of monthly inventory movement reports, monthly quality control report and project cost report.
• Involve in monthly stock-take exercise.
• Responsible on material planning by monitoring inventory management, delivery and inventory level.
• Responsible to upkeep warehouse physical inventory in proper arrangement and good conditions.
• To supervise, coordinate and monitor warehouse staff to maximize efficiency and optimize productivity.
• Assist and coordination on Exhibition materials requirement participated by the company.
• Any other ad-hoc task as and when required by the company.

Job Requirement

• Preferably Chinese speaking female.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): purchasing and inventory control.
• At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
