Job Requirement

 

Diploma or Degree in any field
Min 5 years working experience in supervision role in manufacturing/ production field.
Strong supervision skills & results oriented.
Knowledge in 5S, ISO 9001/ 14001/ 18001 or FMEA will be added advantage
Must be willing to work in non-air conditioned production environment
5 Days work week, working hours from 8am – 7pm, with 2 hours fixed Overtime.

To supervise a group of production operators to meet the daily schedule and quality besides maintaining
a good area housekeeping, stock accuracy & safety and conducive working environment
To be on site 10 minutes before start of work. Required to work until 7pm
To meet the daily production schedule at the acceptable quality level.
To monitor, correct, train, and motivate production operators to perform to company
expectations and meet or exceed organizational goals.
To provide leadership to ensure teamwork in production.
To collect and analyze information on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and to submit/make
recommendations to either superior or other relevant departments on output improvement,
wastage reduction, etc.
To ensure discipline of production operators are in line with management expectations and to
take action against offenders
To walk the production and review for procedure compliance and make recommendations for
corrections.
To ensure that matters related to data traceability such as Raw Material, WIP, & etc are updated
at regular intervals and reviewed.
