·         To design and formulate new & improved existing products, from project creation to eventually implementing them in production.

·         To manage product development activities and to participate in cross-departmental activities resulting in meeting cost, quality and schedule objectives. 

 

Job Requirement

 

·         Degree in Food technology/ Science or equivalent

·         At least 1 to 2 years experiences in bakery field

·         Good organization skills, adaptable to changes

·         Ability to interact effectively with department, company or customer associates and experience in a team-oriented environment

·         Good command of both written and spoken English

·         Computer literate

·         Professional work ethic
