• Responsible for overall capacity & headcount planning.
• Work on productivity , QDN & compliance trend improvement.
• Identify & drive cost saving / waste reduction opportunities.
• Ensure all quality documentation & systems are adhered to in the respective areas of responsibilities.
• Responsible to supervise, coach & motivate a team of operators & group leaders in meeting the company's goals & objectives.

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline witn min 1-2 yrs of supervisory experience in semiconductor industry.
