Job Description
- Oversee the Purchasing, Office Administration and Mailing Functions under Administration Department
- Manage company's overall administration procedures and processes
- Monitor and guide staff performance for achieving departmental targets
- Responsible for the department's ISO procedures
- Ensure effective internal control and adherence to company policies
- Carry out responsibilities in nominated committees
Job Requirement
- Degree holder preferably in Office Administration or related disciplines
- 8 years working experience preferably in large multinational organization with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification
- Wide scope of experience and knowledge in premises, property, assets management and office administration
- Good knowledge if policies regarding fleet management, records management, contracting and purchasing, inventory control, equipment maintenance and repair and etc.
- Good planning and organization skills
- Good negotiation skills
