• To explore new customers and serve existing customers
• Build up and maintain good rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Be creative in handling customer enquiries and ultimately drive more sales revenue
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date actual and forecast sales records
• Drive sales from multiple channels including face-to-face, tele-marketing, roadshow, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Blog, Forum, and etc.)

• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
