Job Description

• To liaise with the relevant authorities on Land Matters, Planning Approvals, Building Plan Approvals, Developers Licenses & Advertising Permits, Bumiputra Quotas, Blanket & Individual consent letters and all other related approvals and appeals in the development process.

• To monitor and coordinate all planning, architecture, civil & structural, mechanical & electrical and landscaping matters during the development process in accordance to the Master Implementation Programme.

• To check and review all the various types of drawings received from consultants to ensure that Company’s interests are always protected.

• To assist in Project Management and relevant Contract Administration matters.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 4 years related experience in project management and/or urban development studies.

• Knowledge in project management and contract administration.

• Knowledge of building, construction, infrastructure products and technology available in the market.

• Good written and verbal communication – English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Computer knowledge – Microsoft Office applications.

• Mature, meticulous and diligent, versatile in performing multi tasks.
