Job Description

Provide property management services to landed and strata titled properties

Responsible for general maintenance and upkeep of the property, ensure operational efficiency and services are in compliance with company's service standards

Supervise a team of administration, maintenance and security staff, and coordinate with contracted parties, service providers, etc

Attend to residents’ enquiries and complaints, and coordinate, monitor and ensure services provided are in compliance with company’s service standards

Execute general office administration duties and source for quotations from suppliers for maintenance parts & tools, office stationeries, etc.

Job Requirement

Diploma / Degree in Building Management or related discipline

Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in property management, with experience in handling DLP

Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in handling residents enquiries and complaints independently

Possess strong letter writing skills in drafting replies in response to residents enquiries and complaints

Mature personality, meticulous and diligent, versatile in performing multi tasks

Good written and verbal command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

Knowledge of other languages and dialects is an added advantage

Good computer knowledge - Microsoft Office applications
