Responsible for the production operation at the Chemical Process Plant with stron drive for improvement on productivity

Responsible for efficient operation and management of production with the emphasis on productivity Total Quality Management and cost effectiveness

Managing efficiently all production activities to achive the Management Objectives of high quality products, high safety, health and environment standards

Performance appraisal for staff and manpower management, and motivate staff for superior performance and relationship

Interact with all levels and department

Job Requirement

Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

8 years working experience in Chemical, Petrochemical/Oleochemical plant preferred

Strong analytical and technical diagnose

Able to work independently with all levels of staff
