Job Description

• Liaise with customer in the case of quality issues found and provide corrective &preventive action reports
• Follow up with action items introduced after customer's audit to ensure its timely implementation.
• Coordinate& implement as per customer requirement's where applicable.
• Prepare document &data to support customer audits.
• Prepare and submit weekly/ monthly data package to customers as requested.
• Contact with supplier regarding the quality issues and improvement.
• Follow up supplier reply (Corrective& Preventive Action)
• Coordinate, implement and report supplier quality review scorecard and supplier audit checklist.

Job Requirement

• Engineering background, preferably with a degree in Electronic / Mechanical / Production / Science Engineering.
• Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills and team orientated.
