Job Description

• To coordinate on project implementation, design, material procurement, delivery, installation, testing & commissioning.
• To attend site meeting, liase with consultants, main contractor and sub contractors concerning project’s technical and coordination issues.
• To prepare monthly progress claims, monitor outstanding accounts receivable and follow up on the payment certificate for related project.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years working experience in building’s M&E services related works, i.e. mechanical installation works such as piping system, valves & etc.
• Having experience in construction industry and managing contractors / sub contractors in compliance with project’s contractual requirement.
