Job Description

• Candidate will receive executive coaching from suitable managers.
• Candidate will be given assignments to demonstrate their capability from time to time.
• Candidate will rotate through various departments before being allocated to appropriate vacancies within the factory.

Job Requirement

• Possesses at least a Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Food Technology / Nutrition / Microbiology / Engineering or any related science education background.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possesses leadership and good interpersonal skills.
• Self motivated with confidence and maturity.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to be posted overseas.
