Job Description

1. Plan production schedule against internal IGT dates and external customer’s delivery date and
    machine set-up time.

2. Plan and request raw materials and ensure yarns supply on time to rope section, twisting section
     and netting section in order to support production schedule requirements.

3. To ensure product specifications meet customer requirement.

4. To ensure process parameters are controlled within specification.

5. Provide on-job training to mechanic and operators (especially new employees).
 

6. To check and review daily production output report.
 

7. To ensure production areas are clean, (arrange repainting if needed), tidy and safety working
     environment.

8. To check daily department attendance record.

9. Plan and arrange overtime, ensure work are carried out according to plan schedule.
 

10. Monitor and control wastage, identify those wastage priors to approve for dispose at wastage area.
 

11. Conduct counseling and performance appraisal of subordinates.
 

12. Approve material requisitions from store.

13. To comply with the requirement of the documented quality management system.

Job Requirement

Min education : STPM or Certificate holder in any of the engineering field or above.

Min skill : Computer literate, good command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
