Job Description

• To plan & purchase for customer requirements.
• To monitor the daily purchasing activities(MRP) such as stock material planning & forecast (material released upon customer liability) in order to support all purchasing activities.
• To monitor the stock control, analysis and control non-moving stock.
• To monitor  the WIP & raw material flow & stock accuracy.
• To monitor  the in-store management for receiving, issuing, storage and transaction traceability through  system.
• Handling vendors & customers follow up.
• Co-ordinate the monthly closing activities.
• Updating all the  approved vendor list.

Job Requirement

• Possess a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Business Admin with  at least 3 years' related experience in a manufacturing concern.
• Specialize and experience in resin sourcing & purchases,  component sourcing purchase especially insert, spring, contact blade etc.  is an added advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Computer literate.

These include the latest Injection Moulding Machines, which is the "UH 1000 Series" of Super Precision Ultra High Speed & Pressure Injection Moulding Systems (for Super - Thin Wall & Long Flow precision parts) which have the following features:-

- 10 times injection speed than the ordinary machine.
- Build in "SPC" control on moulding conditions.
