Job Description

1. Manage, organize and conduct training projects such as Service Consultant Training, Service Consultant Leader Training and Diamond Business Secret Training.
2. Design training program and related materials.
3. Monitor the progress of all training projects.

Job Requirement

1. Candidate must possess Degree in Human Resource/Human Resource Development or equivalent courses.
2. Candidate must possess at least 2 years of working experience in related field.
3. Possess strong organizing, coordinating and good communication skills.
4. Able to perform work during weekend as an when required.
5. Computer literate and language proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin is a MUST.
6. Possess own transport.
