Job Description

• Responsible for the collection and recovery of an assigned portfolio.
• Establish / maintain contact with customer for payments.
• Monitor and follow up closely with customers for repayment arrangements.
• To update all relevant details communicated with debtors in the status for future follow up and reference.
• To assist in any disputes and clarifications pertaining to the debt and feedback to the clients.
• Perform customer’s schedule service and credit recovery.

Job Requirement

• Possess a Diploma in Accounting / Finance / or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in Retail Recovery.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
