Job Requirement

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Proactive with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written ) with knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be service and customer orientated
• Team player
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Required to work on public holidays on rotational basis
• May be required to work on call basis
• MCSE (preferred but not essential)
• Experience in SQL server and SQL scripting is compulsory
• Knowledge in Progress, Crystal Report and ERP experience will be a plus
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in similar role
