Job Description

This is a 1 year contract employment with view to permanent employment. Candidates will be based in our Asia Regional Support Centre, located in Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Our support organisation is strongly customer focused and comprised of highly skilled and well-motivated Support Analysts. Your primary job function is to provide Application support via phone/email/fax:

Job Requirement

Fluent (written and spoken) in English and fluent (written and spoken) in Chinese– Mandarin and Cantonese
Proven basic accounting knowledge is essential.

Fresh graduates and those with any of the following experience are encouraged to apply:

Experience in ERP system
Knowledge/exposure to the following:
Manufacturing and production environment, understanding of manufacturing concepts, terminology, operation; process and procedures.
MS-SQL and/or Progress, Microsoft OS, ODBC, Citrix/Terminal Server, Crystal Reports, Portal, Share Point or any additional technical knowledge on network environments and/or operating systems.
