Job Description

• Monitor construction operation on work efficiency and productivity
• Implement Quality Control through inspection, audit and application of prescribed checklist in Project Quality Plan
• Provide technical support to the site supervision team with the consultation of Senior Project Manager and External Professional Consultant
• Implement drawing transmittal procedure for all Project Drawings to ensure correct drawings are being used for the prescribed purpose
• Review design consultants’ drawing and coordinate with respective consultants for design consistency among consultants
• Coordinate with design consultants on site matters and resolve technical queries from sub-contractor with consultation of Senior Project Manager and design consultants
• Verification of sub-contractor work done and assist Project Quantity Surveyor in preparation of progress claim to client
• Implement Approved Testing and Commissioning Plan with the support of site supervision team
• Provide support to Senior Project Manager on Authorities Submission, Approval and Inspection

Job Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' working experience
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess strong project management skills
• Willing to travel and relocate
