Job Description

Repairing electrical and air tools at customers' sites;

Providing training and support to customers;

Responsible for installation of tools at customers' sites;

Managing service contracts;

Building rapport with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills and professionalism.

Preparing monthly reports on technical support problems.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent;

Must be self dorected, ave excellent oragnizational, interpersonal, verbal and communication as well as problem solving skills.

Must ber service oriented
