Job Description

 

• Global focal for Phone/Email inquiries through website/toll free line (EMEA, India and other overflow)
• Data Entry, SAP customer maintenance
• Constant validation and processing of internal First Solar and External customer pre sale requests
• Processing and validation quotes in the SAP system, Portal customer maintenance and other data entry particulars
• Regular Customer Data updates and administration in respective systems (i.e. SAP/CRM)
• Supporting customers on questions concerning FS processes
• CS process/data experts (i.e. SO, CRM, Portal, MCRP, UATs, Reports, etc.) 

Job Requirement

 

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree with 2-3 years experience in related field
• Extremely strong Customer Service communication skills (written & verbal)
• Flexibility in work schedule, time of day coverage (position will be located in India and work during Indian day hours, but may require a later start time to help in overlapping both EMEA and Asian customers)
• Strong phone / email skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player a must
• Demonstrate a flexible response to role requirements
• Result oriented and metric driven
• CRM Knowledge / SAP knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• English language proficiency is required  Multiple languages preferred but not required (Local dialects for country of origin and preferred German, Chinese, Arabic)
