Job Description

  • Install, patch and maintain oracle software and tune all oracle instance components
  • Review, advise and approve all schema and database design changes
  • Control access migration of database schema objects
  • Design, implement and manage DB backup and restoration
  • Gather information on related DB technologies to improvise current DB operations
  • Research and improvise of current DB design
  • Ensure compliance to security as per organization’s required standards 

 

Job Requirement

  • Degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma in Computer Science or related studies with working experience at least 5 years or more depending on standard of qualification and type of working experience
  • 3 to 4 years of experience and expertise in Oracle
  • Oracle Certified Associate or Professional in 9i and oracle 10
  • Database administration, management, performance tuning exposure in backup and recovery
