Warehouse Team Executive

Job Description

• Manage the warehouse loading area or Goods in Assembly
• Coach and manage team on warehouse floor, ensure warehouse KPIs are met and continuously strive to achieve higher result
• Review delivery schedules and resource plans
• Ensure good schedule, supplier turnaround targets and productivity targets are met
• Ensure stock availability and maximize the space and managing the costs
• Analyze performance trends and putting action plan in place  

Job Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Transportation
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in managing high volume warehouse operations activities
• Customer oriented, a team player, able to work independently and good interpersonal & leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast changing environment
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Willing to work on shifts/public holidays/weekends
