Job Description

  • Responsible to ensure customer service resources are utilised efficiently in accordance with Call Centre objectives.
  • Consistently promote quality and satisfaction to customers.
  • Identifies the most appropriate course of action for problem resolution.
  • To provide coaching and development for the team and oromotes a supportive environment in which staff are encouraged to solve problems an address customers issues.
  • Assist in handling calls during periods with high call volume.

 

Job Requirement

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Have minimum 1 year experience in relevant area of expertise
  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive travel within Malaysia is required
