Customer Service Manager

- Responsible to ensure customer service resources are utilised efficiently in accordance with Call Centre objectives.
- Consistently promote quality and satisfaction to customers.
- Identifies the most appropriate course of action for problem resolution.
- To provide coaching and development for the team and oromotes a supportive environment in which staff are encouraged to solve problems an address customers issues.
- Assist in handling calls during periods with high call volume.
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Have minimum 1 year experience in relevant area of expertise
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive travel within Malaysia is required
