Job Description

• Able to work independently and highly self-motivated to achieve results within tight timeframe.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to express technical terms in structure manners and to use lay man terms when communicating to business users
• Possess good management, leadership and interpersonal skills where the incumbent is able to lead, train and guide subordinates in the planning and execution of application development.
• Must have the ability to make sound decision making & judgment
• Strong analytical skills to resolve issues and have skills in visualization, organizational, functional, communication, project management.
• Applicants must be able to communicate effectively the result of their analysis
• Applicants must be able to work with peers closely 

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field.
• At least 5 year(s) of technical working experience in takaful / insurance industry with emphasis on business analysis and system development and implementation of Core Application System with active interaction with users and team members.
• Experience in hands-on Oracle development
• Experience in Project and Operations Management 

 

Technical Skills

• Programming skill. Familiar with Oracle PL/SQL is an advantage
• Strong product development life cycle knowledge
• Familiar with insurance business or actuarial and financial operations
