Job Description

 

Accountability 1: Test Management
 Develop and execute test plans and scripts for individual changes and projects
 Review quality of testing to support continuous improvement
 Gather testing requirements from business users/analysts for individual changes to develop testing
 Plan testing changes and co-execute according to plan
 Organise and coordinate sign-off for test results
 Collect and report statistics about problems found during testing, and progress of regression testing
 Execute required automated and performance testing
 Ensure the requirements are captured in HP Test Central Server and ensure the tests associated with those requirements are completed/linked
Accountability 2: Test Library Support and Administration
 Provide support to the Test Manager to establish and maintain a test library to provide Cochlear with standard testing tools and templates
 Follow a common format for test scripts
 Develop and communicate procedures for access and use of the test library
Accountability 3: Performance and Load testing
 Develop and maintain performance test scripts for various systems under test
 Create and execute scenarios for performance/load tests
 Analyse test results and create meaningful reports for the business
Accountability 4: Communication and Reporting
 Provide reporting on testing KPIs to Global Business Systems
 Provide advice and guidance to members of the Business Systems team on testing
 Deliver testing progress reports to global Business Systems
 Review testing to deliver recommendations on improvements
