Job Description

 

• Ensure requirements are aligned with overall business strategy
• Consultation and negotiation with internal stakeholders (customers) with regard to project scope,
• timelines and resource allocation for existing applications
• Develop code to be compliant with software architecture
• Develop code which conforms to industry standards and meet quality standards and regulatory
• obligations
• Develop and maintain unit tests, system tests and functional test scripts
• Objective Peer review of unit, system and functional test scripts to ensure the quality delivered by the
• whole team is of a high standard
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practice for PL/SQL and Oracle
• development/configurations
• Prepare, and present, presentations to other members of the team, and possibly other teams within the
• Company, on innovative ideas or techniques being adopted or recommended.
• Collaborate with other departments, especially development team in Sydney, to ensure a consistent
• approach and maximize the benefit of tools already being used throughout the organization
• Facilitate communication channels for issue resolution where required
• Reporting overall progress of development activities to management and the business

Job Requirement

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or relevant IT disciplines with a minimum of 1 year of related working experience.
• Knowledge and Experience in: Oracle Developer 2000 Report / Forms ,Oracle PL/SQL or Java, Java Stored Procedure.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
