Job DescriptionProvide legal advice on corporate and regulatory issues to the Executive Chairman and Senior Management team To ensure that the Group is fully protected on all contractual and legal issues and business dealings and engagements. This is especially important as the Group is currently embarking on its expansion plans Formulate policies relating to good corporate governance Handle/ draft/ vet agreemets, attend negotiation meetings with relevant personnel, both internal and external and document commercial instructions into the appropriate agreement Support on going human resource development and training for the Group
Job RequirementLL.B (Honours) from a recognized university Between 2-3 years experience in corporate law either in practice or commercial sector Candidates specializing in Maritime/ Corporate/ Commercial Law would be an advantage Familiar with KLSE and SC rules and regulations Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysi Proven leadership skills with drive, enthusiasm and credibility to deal at the highest level Capable of developing further and innovative and enterprising culture within a closely knit Group
