• To solicit and acquire new credit card customers for Bank Rakyat
• To generate new leads to achieve customer acquisition targets
• To meet and exceed sales performance indicators (# of calls, appointment, submission, approval)
• To prepare sales performance indicator reports
• To participate in bank and departmental activities
• To maintain service standards and project Bank Rakyat corporate image
• To complete and complete submissions on a timely basis
• To attend pre-arranged coaching and training sessions
• Must be well versed with product knowledge and credit criteria
• To ensure compliance and consistency with the Bank's Compliance & Control policy for card acquisition activites

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Minimum SPM qualification with credits in core subjects
• Disciplined and self-motivated
• Previous sales experience is an advantage
• Confident, intelligent, independent, target-oriented and resourceful
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
