Job Description:

• Responsible for the continuous re-engineering of sales processes to achieve strategic business growth while meeting operating costs targets.

• He or she will work in close liaison with the country sales team and the different business functions and the SEA team to drive key business processes.

• Provide Business Intelligence & Decision Support including but not limited to tracking of sales-related KPIs, sales budget, targets achievements, forecasts and other related metrics to drive better business decisions

• Drive E-Business and Supply Chain Integration and execute implementation plans for Business-to-Retailer and Business-to-Consumer websites.

• Work with IT to ensure technical infrastructure is in place to support Sales systems requirements

• Manage Account Service Model & Trade Policies. Build and maintain an up-to-date repository of customer business information in order to provide a consistent centralized view of key/strategic accounts; will include information from third-party sources or otherwise, key operating documents and business reviews.

• Work with SEA Sales Operations team to design, implement and manage a consistent framework across all countries.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree

• You should have at least 6 years’ of related working experience.

• You must have exposure in cross-functional areas especially in any combinations of Sales, Marketing, Finance or Business management. You must have demonstrated success in previous business re-engineering projects and have experience/ knowledge of business applications in areas of internet, ERP, decision support.
