Chulan has managed and completed a wide range of projects from low-cost housings, government complexes and palace interiors, to design&build projects for the government as well as private sectors, locally and overseas. In line with its core business, Chulan has diversified into the woodwork industry specializing in the manufacture of high quality joinery works and other wood-related products. Chulan currently runs its head office in PJ and has its woodwork factory in Rawang.

• To develop concept and design to meet client's requirements for local and international projects.

• To handle full set of drawings as well as presentation materials

• Design Development.

• Proficient knowledge in :- Auto CAD, Archi CAD, Shop drawing, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3-D max and Sketch-up.

• Familiar with construction drawing, manual drawing & construction details.

• A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and commitment to independent, life long learning.

• Experiences in project management and construction detailing are preferred.

• Posses own transport.

• Able to start immediately

• Min 1 year working experiences.
