THE STORE, is the Largest and Oldest Existing Supermarket cum Departmental Chain in Malaysia. We have 72 branches located throughout Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah. Due to our expansion programme, we are seeking for dynamic and result oriented team players to join us at the office/outlet mentioned above.
- To provide in-house secretarial services in managing and administering day to day operation of secretarial practices and requirements in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations associate to the group of companies.
- Assist the secretarial team in all aspects of secretarial duties and functions and to ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and guidelines.
- Able to manage all aspects of company secretarial practice effectively.
- To maintain Company's statutory books and records.
- ICSA qualification or currently pursuing ICSA course.
- Minimum 2-4 years of secretarial experience.
- Computer literate.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Malay and Mandarin.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills with positive attitude.
- Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, pro-active and have initiative.
