  • Suggest food and beverages to the guest and also try to upsell.
  • Check the quality and presentation of Food & Beverage meets the set standards before presenting to guests.
  • Check guests satisfaction at all time during their meal.
  • Maintain the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the service area.
  • Constantly check that station is clean and all tables are set up accordingly
  • Ensure accurate preparation of guest bills and all charges due are accounted for.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are keep all the time.
  • Maximize revenue and provide excellent dining experience to guests
