- Great guests in a polite and courteous manner.
- Suggest food and beverages to the guest and also try to upsell.
- Check the quality and presentation of Food & Beverage meets the set standards before presenting to guests.
- Check guests satisfaction at all time during their meal.
- Maintain the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the service area.
- Constantly check that station is clean and all tables are set up accordingly
- Ensure accurate preparation of guest bills and all charges due are accounted for.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are keep all the time.
- Maximize revenue and provide excellent dining experience to guests
