Job Responsibilities

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, reordering supplies, issuing invoice, date recording, handling incoming & outgoing calls, and etc.
  • To liaise with customers, sales executive for sales coordination and delivery of goods
  • Perform other ad hoc assignment and tasks as requested by management

Job Requirement

  • Minimum SPM or UEC
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience related to the filed
  • Language : Bahasa Melayu, Chinese, English
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Able to work independently with less supervision
  • Good communication skills and able to perform ad-hoc tasks
  • Full-Time position(S)
  • Female only
  • Based in Puchong
  • Able to start work immediately or within short period
