Position: Customer Support Officer

Location Jalan 13 Petaling Jaya

 

** Permanent Position

 

 

Responsibilities:-

  • To lead toner team
  • Ensure timely fulfillment to customers to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Control the supply to prevent over supply
  • To produce management report on toner fulfillment performance
  • Answer phones professionally and respond to customer inquiries on product and service information
  • Handle and resolve customer’s issues with the required information using available resources
  • Route service orders to appropriate resources
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Administrative and clerical related work as and when required by Manager

 

Requirements:-

 

  • SPM /STPM / Cert / Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • At least 2 years working experience in order fulfillment related field
  • Possess good leadership
  • Must be well versed with MS Excel
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Able to speak Mandarin / Cantonese will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge in SAP and Power Point will be an added advantage

 

Working hour : 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday- Friday)

Salary Range : RM3200-3500.00
