Our Client, involved with Office Automation (OA), Image Information Products and Total Colour Solutions industry with 14 branches throughout Malaysia. is looking for dynamic individuals with drive and enthusiasm to take up a challenging career as :

 

 

Position Human Resource Executive- Jalan 13 Petaling Jaya & Mid Valley KL

 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain good & efficient computer & physical filing system
  • Responsible for Human Resource activities and mainly focus on employees benefits, welfare and compensation
  • Preparation and analysis of monthly HR reports on payroll, leaves, headcount, staff turnover analysis, organization chart updates, manpower movement, and any ad hoc reports as and when required
  • Handle staff insurance coverage and claim matters
  • Handle any necessary office administrative matter as assigned
  • Provide HR & welfare related information to staff as and when required
  • Provide new staff briefing on leave application procedure
  • Submit employee’s documents and payment related to government statutory requirement
  • Assist in general administration, training arrangement, reception, office cleanliness & maintenance, office equipment and etc.
  • ISO / OSHA Compliance experience
  • Performance Management
  • To conduct Exit Interviews

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or any equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the manufacturing environment and related field is preferable for this position
  • Must be computer literate – Microsoft office and powerpoint
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, mandarin and bahasa Malaysia
  • Well versed in HR policies/matters and possess good knowledge of Labour laws and regulations
  • Able to multi task and work independently with minimum supervision
  • Possess good communication skills, initiative, proactive, resourceful and team player
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

 

Working hour: 8.30am -5.30pm (Monday – Friday)

Salary Range: Depending on working experience
