Job Descriptions :
- Handling all front office administration and operation. E.g. answering calls, distributing faxes/ letters and so on.
- Responsible for monthly invoicing and rental collection
- Provide good customer services to the clients
- To oversee the overall daily operation and maintenance of the Business Centre.
- Must be service oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects and demands
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
