Job Descriptions :

  • Handling all front office administration and operation. E.g. answering calls, distributing faxes/ letters and so on.
  • Responsible for monthly invoicing and rental collection
  • Provide good customer services to the clients
  • To oversee the overall daily operation and maintenance of the Business Centre.

 

Requirements:

  • Must be service oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects and demands
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
