This is an Organization Development focused role, successful candidates will either have operated as an OD Specialist or an HR generalist with an OD focus. You will contribute to the design and delivery of both people and organization operations and strategic change management plans. Working across regions and functions you’ll support a programme of performance improvement by developing HR strategy so that initiatives are integrated and aligned to the business, support specific performance improvement initiatives and develop the approach to Talent Management, Talent Development and Succession Planning. You will be the single point of contact for Training & Development to update and share the learning across the region.

To be successful in this role you would have operated as an Organisation Development specialist incorporating Talent Management and Succession Planning or as a HR Generalist, but with a very strong focus on OD. You will have led on interventions around Change Management and developing organisational culture along with Management and Talent Development. You would possess strong knowledge in Change Management, Talent Management and Learning & Development.
