Our client is a leading manufacturing organization and a market leader in its trade. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to be a part of their forward thinking HR team.
The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process including on boarding of new starters. You will create, drive and lead the talent attraction and pipelining strategies across all functions of the business. You will be creative in generating passive candidates for the current and future business needs, helping the organization to continue their shift from a reactive model of recruitment to proactively building their talent pipeline. You will remain current and bring in the latest tools and trends of the trade. You will also drive social media opportunities to build the brand as an employer of choice.
We are seeking a sharp agency recruiter who’s looking to move in-house or a HR generalist with strong recruitment experience. You must be degree qualified. Able to develop staffing strategies, ability to work in a fast paced environment and well-versed in social networking and talent acquisition methodology.
