Job Responsibility:

  • Assist the Head of Department in HR Generalist functions which encompass the full spectrum of HR functions. This includes implementation of initiatives, programs and provide service/administration in any or all of the following disciplines: recruiting and staffing, employment processing, organizational design, performance management, employee development and training, welfare benefits, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and completing personnel transactions.
  • Providing day to day HR counselling, managing disciplinary issues and IR court cases, conducting Domestic Inquires and resolving grievance issues.
  • Lead or coordinate various HR events and services.
  • Perform HR related administration, generating and analyzing various HR reports.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments pertaining to HR and administration related duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in HR ┬áManagement
  • Well-versed with Malaysian Employment Act, Labour Law, Industrial Relations Law and all local HR practices
  • Able to work both independently and in group settings
  • Able to interact and create excitement/engagement with employees at all levels.
  • Must be able to speak, write and communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Dynamic, resourceful, able to balance multiple priorities and get things done.
  • Have strong assessment skills, good decision making skills and sound judgement.
