Senior Manager – Compensation & Benefits (5149/DH)
Due to a period of sustained growth, our client, a large MNC with extensive Manufacturing facilities, are looking to strengthen their HR function with the addition of an experienced Compensation & Benefits expert.
Reporting to the regional HR Director, you will work with the closely with the senior leadership team to understand the long term business strategy and the challenges faced relating to the Rewards philosophy and framework. You will be required to present creative solutions to long standing issues surrounding regional standardization, local customization, talent attraction and retention.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking at regional level and a hands on execution and country / local level. The successful candidate must be technically strong, able to redesign C&B policy / framework and a very strong communicator, able to work closely with, and influence senior leadership. Experience in areas including Medical Benefits, Pension Schemes and LTI’s is essential. A consulting background would be advantageous.
